Pricing plans - eblackdog patrol VISIT management system (ePV-MANSYS)

1. Guard License - ₹1,500 per guard/month +tax

  • a. includes app access,
  • b. can upload, 30 photos + 30 videos of less than 30s each, (per day)
  • c. 5 GB storage per month
  • d. extra 5 GB storage = ₹500/month.
  • e. All maps use Open source Maps (OSM)
  • f. Google maps can be activated on request . In this case the plan prices will differ.

2. Admin license - Free

  • a. Manage clients properties,
  • b. Manage the photos and videos .
  • c. Manage Extra Property request
  • d. 10GB storage per month
  • e. Data retained for 90 days; extra 5 GB storage = ₹500/month.
  • f. All maps use Open source Maps (OSM)
  • g. Google Maps available on request — plan rates subject to change based on API usage.

3. Client Portal License - ₹1,500 per client/month +tax

  • a. Web login to view patrol re-ports & media
  • b. Plus the photos and videos will be sent via email as a downloadable link
  • c. Download past reports
  • d. 90-day media storage & play-back
  • e. 5 GB storage per month
  • f. Data retained for 90 days; extra 5 GB storage = ₹500/month.
  • g. All maps use Open source Maps (OSM)
  • h. Google Maps available on request — plan rates subject to change based on API usage.

4. Media mailing license - ₹1,000 per client/month +tax

If the clients dont want a portal and want the photos and videos to be sent to their email directly and no portal login they can opt for Media mailing license
  • a. includes 3 properties,
  • b. the photos and videos will be sent via email as a downloadable link
  • c. Extra Property – ₹500/property/per month
  • d. 10GB storage per month
  • e. Data retained for 90 days; extra 5 GB storage = ₹500/month.
  • f. All maps use Open source Maps (OSM)
  • g. Google Maps available on request — plan rates subject to change based on API usage.

How Billing Works

  • Monthly subscription, prepaid.
  • Cancel or modify anytime with 30 days notice.
  • No hidden costs.
  • Cloud hosting included in license fee

Google Maps Activation:

  • 1. By default, ePV-MANSYS operates using Open-Source Maps (OSM) to ensure zero recurring cost.
  • 2. However, Google Maps integration can be activated on request for clients who prefer it.
  • 3. Please note that plan prices will differ accordingly, as additional Google API usage charges will apply.
